The Holiday House and the hostel La Baciocca are two independent structures, situated in the green and in the calm of the Natural Park of Montioni, to few kilometers from the characteristic medieval suburbs of the Val of Cornia what Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Sassetta; from thermal places of Venturina and from the beaches of San Vincenzo, Baratti, Marina di Castagneto.

The Holiday House La Baciocca is composed from two apartments:
The Wolf and The Curl, every constituted by two double rooms, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, for a total of 6 places bed.

The hostel La Baciocca has three rooms with private bathroom, that can accommodate from 1-8 people, for a total of 24 places bed, and a warm and fully equipped kitchen.
